You left out information necessary to answer it, or your question was silly and meaningless, or you asked for information we don't provide as a matter of policy (like the home phone numbers of celebrities, or how to do illegal things).Or possibly, it's just that no one but you cares much about your question. We don't get paid to answer these, so if the question is boring or answering it would require doing a lot of work (or both), no one is going to bother.
