Up to seven years or 750,000 miles in Class 8 vehicles
Up to seven years or 250,000 miles in pleasure vehicles
Where the Havoline is 5 years.

You should be using red extended life coolant (ELC).
Extended Life Antifreeze which you can get at any retail locations
extended life "red coolant' Tell the people at the parts store and they will get you the oem coolant (do not mix red and green)
You may use Volkswagon G12 coolant or Prestone Extended Life coolant. If cost is a factor use the latter.

Naturally, Toyota says to use only "Toyota Long Life Engine Coolant or Equivalant". In laymans terms, the "or equivalant" means go the auto parts store and ask for "the pink stuff". They'll know what you mean even if you don't.
Antifreeze and coolant are the same thing.
A 2001 Jeep Wrangler uses orange extended-life antifreeze. This allows the vehicle to be driven up to 150,000 miles before changing the coolant.
Anitfreeze IS coolant
If it's a Diesel then Heavy Duty Extended Life Coolant. Otherwise, either HD ELC or regular coolant will work. I recommend HD ELC even for gas.
Antifreeze keeps your coolant from freezing. It keeps your coolant more "fluid".
If you have the LT1 engine with alum. heads, the orange Dex-Cool extended life coolant is recommended.
