∙ 14y agoThere is no single best homeopathic remedy for anxiety and phobia. There are multiple remedies which may help but choosing the correct one depends on the totality of the patient's symptoms. If the anxiety is very sudden and intense, Aconite may be a good first choice.

∙ 9y agoI had Anxiety all my life, on xanax and klonapin to help me cope plus a variety of anti-depressents mixed in. I still have anxiety and panic attacks, mostly when I go out. Looking at homeopathic pills to help me out but not sure is best, I ordered Gelsemium and wondered if it helped anyone else or what others take for General anxiety disorder
