It is nearly impossible to break your idevice from jailbreaking alone. The only danger comes in the apps you install. Even if something goes wrong, Just restore your iPod or iphone via iTunes.
Always double check any apps you get from Cydia or Icy, as installing an app that is not compatible with your firmware is very dangerous and can mess up your device. Also, if you can, try to stick with the sources they provide, as adding custom sources can lead to issues as well. If in doubt, check Google or DON'T INSTALL IT.
The jailbreaking in itself is perfectly legal, but using the jailbreak to download any app for free (the paid versions) is illegal.
It is not illegal but will invalidate any warranty.
Music-wise, jailbreaking does not get you any free music that you wouldnt have had without jailbreaking it. You can find free music anywhere online, with or without a jailbreak. Jailbreaking does not get you free music, but does get you mods, apps, etc.
Not that I know. Sorry.
YES, "jailbreaking" or ANY type of modifying the device does VOID ALL warranties from apple. [But in my opinion: I don't give a flying f*** for warranties]
obviously, as you cannot get them w/o jailbreaking
The jailbreaking in itself is not illegal. The jailbreaking in itself just allows you to modify your iPod Touch/iPhone settings so you can customize it to your liking beyond normal setting restrictions. This part of the jailbreaking is completely legal. However, downloading any app that normally requires payment for free is illegal. This part of the jailbreaking is completely illegal.By:Jose
Yes, jailbreaking does void the warranty.
"Jailbreaking" is another word hacking. Therefore you void your warranty but you get cydia, a jailbreaking software. Jailbreaking does have it advantages and Disadvantages. But if you want to send it to apple to repair it you have to restore it to factory settings to get back your warranty.
Yes; not jailbreaking it. If you mean a way to do the same thing as jailbreaking without actually doing so, there is no current way to do so.
a social problem is any condition that harms a society.
