Is there any other Australian shepherd other then toy and mini's that's all I see for sale Is there just a regular size?

Male Australian Shepherds can be as big as 50 to 65 pounds, and females can weight as much as 40 to 55 pounds, so, yes, I'd say you could buy a regular size Australian Shepherd. I'm not sure where all you're searching to find one, but you may consider looking in other places. Some suggestions would be the classifieds section in your local papers, Craigslist and eBay.

It resembles a tri-colour English Shepherd. An other option is an Australian Shepherd, which is very similar to the English. The standard for the Australian is for a docked tail but that is now banned in some jurisdictions. It does not resemble the Smooth (short haired) Collie except that it is a herding breed.

I have a mini. They are not recognized by the AKC, but that does not mean they don't exist. The breeds started years ago by breeding small Australian shepherds.
