Oh, yes, there is, I will wake up with serve leg pains which are caused from a pinched nerve. I would lay my "blankey over it ( it is always within my reach) and gradually the pain will go away and I am able to go back to sleep.... Last night I put it over the affected area before I went to sleep and I slept the entire night. Most of my pain, comes from pinched nerves and it is wonderful.. I won't even loan it out, and if I go away I make sure it is the first thing I pack. Sometime during the day, I will tuck it in under my clothes- for Back pain or just tiredness. or wrap it around my neck for headaches. I have a 20 x 40 size and am planning on buying another so I can loan it out for pople to try.
