Yes. I am a MCSE trainer for London training school, and every Certified professional is given a login to a secured site whereby then can publish their qualification for future employers.
This can be reached using http://www.Microsoft.com/learning/mcp/transcripts/
The qualified person can give you login information.
Once you login, you can see the exam code, date for each each the person passed
