I think that you shoulod be able to when your 17 because your just about grown up anyways i think that teenagers would know what there doing at the age of 17, plus i think that parents shouldn't care as long as their childrens have somewhere to go and they know that their being taken care of.

yes you should be able to move out at 17,you are a grown up,and pretty much know what is going on around you in our world today.the parents should'nt care at all,but they have to have some sercurity that you will be fine, and you have a place to go.reassure them that you will be safe, and well taken care of,and you will call from time to time,to let them know you are all right.

No, legally you cannot move out at 17 in any state. You become an adult the age of 18 in Kansas. Until the age of majority your parents are responsible for you and where you live.

The age of majority in Louisiana is 18 years old. That is when you can move out legally. You can move out at any time with parental consent. However, you cannot sign a contract or own property. You must be a certain age to request emancipation. The age will depend on your state's laws.

You can move out of your parents home at any age you wish. Nobody 'owns' anybody else. However, unless you have somewhere to go and a reliable source of income, I would seriously advise not doing that. When you are 30 you will realise why.

No, not legally. The minimum legal age of majority for any state is 18.

Under current UK law, a child can leave home with their parent/guardians' consent at the age of 16+ (the child does not need consent if they are leaving an abusive situation). Once the child has turned 18, they are considered an adult and can then move out at any time.

Any age if she legally adopts you or you get a court order authorizing it. If you just want to do it because you don't like living with your parents, then 18.

The age of majority in that state, which is 18 in most of them.

You don't have to be any age. Any person of any age can buy condoms legally and publically.

Although you can leave home legally at age 17 in Georgia, you cannot sign a Lease or any other Contract until the age of majority, which is 18.

When you reach the 'age of maturity' for the country (or state) you live in. Below the age of maturity, your parents (or guardian) are legally responsible for your well-being. Additionally, below the age of maturity you cannot legally sign any form of contract - whether that's for a mortgage or a rent agreement !

Even though you do not have the rights of an 18 year old. A person can move out of their parents house at the age of 17. Even if the parents call the police department, they can force you to return to your parents home. At 17 you can legally move out of your parents house and not have any legal repremands done to you.

you can drink at any age legally

User Avatar

really you can be any age, but you should wait until you are at least 18

User Avatar

Yes. * The legal age of majority for the state is 18. What, if any action would be taken if a 17-year-old arbitrarily moved from the family home would depend upon the minor's parents.

Yep. In the State of Sotuh Carolina you can legally move out at the age of 17. But I would check with the precise legallities before moving out.

you cant till your 16 and you have to ave a reason why you need to move out and only if they think you can do it on your own but in any case in order to move out legally you have to go to the cops and legalize it your self

In any state in the country, a minor is considered a full adult at the age of eighteen, at which time you can do anything you like. You are fully and legally responsible for yourself and your actions.

User Avatar

I believe you are legal at the age of 18 to move out in any U.S. state, so if you're 18 and you don't want to live at home, move out and get your own apartment, house, or move in with someone else.

User Avatar

Any age, they could tell you to move out when your are 13 if they want.

User Avatar

You can be any age but there are some rules.

A legally adopted child will be treated as any other minor. Their adopted parents have the same rights and responsibilities as a biological parent. So, the answer is probably 18.
