I am an RN - and have been for many years and I have never even heard the term.
The nursing profession is an admirable one, and has given me years of happiness. I would not want to be anything else. Nursing is a loving job and career to have. you get drawn to your patients, and keep a smile on. you are nursing people back to health.. whats BETTER THEN THAT?
Yes. You need an RN License which is now a minimum of 2 years in nursing school.
It would take four years at most for nursing but it depends what part of nursing you taking.
Depends on what you want to do in the medical field. A physician has 4 years of college, 4 years of medical school, and 3-8 years of internship. There are also medical technicians, registered nurses, nursing assistants, etc, all with different educational requirements.
The nursing field only requires a minimum of two years for a RN position.
i can say that CM is very important also technical updates of the products and tech Nursing education is very important in nursing. The level of nursing education you achieve will directly impact your earnings and ability to move forward in the field. Depending upon a persons situation they can realistically enter the field with 2 years of education (or even less). And then plan on continuing education at the bachelor and masters level while working in the field. The everyday demands of work, home life and higher education do not make this an easy path but certainly one that has been followed by many and can lead to a rewarding career. So education is vital to a nurse but it is a field that allows the candidate to achieve almost any level of education and offer legitimate work in that field that matches their education.
