Disconnect battery. Remove air bag. Remove bolt holding steering wheel to column. Use a steering wheel puller to remove wheel from column.
PROPERLY remove air bag (if equipt), then remove nut holding steering wheel on and then use a steering wheel puller to remove it.
You need to get a special tool, steering wheel puller. If you have it, disconnect the battery. Remove the steering wheel air bag (there are two screws holding it in place). Disconnect the bag harness. Remove the center steering wheel nut. Using the puller remove the steering wheel. Installation is reversed to removal.

i think this one is simple if you dont have a puller for the job you should not be trying very dumb since the old cars are the easiest to work on once you take the horn ring off and the big nut off the shaft you'll need a wheel puller to pull the wheel off.
