Is there a fuse problem or what with the 1991 Plymouth Voyager horn when the relay clicks but horn does not sound?

It is important to know what is causing problems in a car. When the horn relay clicks, but the horn does not sound, it is not a fuse but more likely to be the cars clock spring.

How do you find and fix the horn on a 1994 Pontiac Grand Am?

It could possibly just be the fuse that powers the horn, open the fuse box, which is on the dash, the driver's side. The fuse will be labeled "HORN" it should be a yellow or orange fuse, with 15 amps...pull the fuse out and check it, hopefully it's nothing more than that, a box of fuses costs only a couple of bucks...

Your horn don't work what areas do you look at?

If your horn is not working first check the fuse for horn located on the fuse block underneath dashboard on drivers side, if fuse is good check wiring to horn underhood, see if there is a disconnected line or shorted out wire. If Both fuse and wiring check out good, then you have to check the lead wire going threw the steering column (it end up at center bumper pad on steering wheel. 1 wire will attach there and the bumper pad is held on by 2 screws or bolts from the backside of steering wheel. HOPE THIS HELPS YA. There is nothing more to the horn system. Your Friend the Secret Mechanic. any other questions Email me at: Butusov_Garage@comcast.net.
