There are hundreds of different sunflower varieties, but most fall under two categories
the oil seed are small and black and are found in bird seed. The confectioners seed are larger, striped, and used for human consumption
Not necessarily. While a smaller than average head will definitely have smaller seeds, a larger than average head will simply have more seeds of the typical size. There is an upper limit on how large sunflower seeds can be (the limit depends on the breed of sunflower).
All seeds will eventually get "old", as it is actually a living organism. Sunflower seeds can successfully be used after they are more than 6 years old.
There's no specific shelf life for whole sunflower seeds. People have germinated sunflower seeds that are more than seven years old. Generally speaking, seeds that are less than two years old will have the greatest chance of viability.
Yes sun flower seeds they spit more
The Light Is So Much Better For SUNflower seeds. (if you wanna grow then)
The U.S. typically produces less than 10 percent of world sunflower seeds

Are pregnant women allowed to eat sunflower seeds? Yes. Do they absolutely need to for an optimal pregnancy? No. Do sunflower seeds have any special properties that make them good for a developing child anymore than any other nut or seed? Not really.
Sunflowers
I have Serbian hamster and they eat sunflower seeds other than that they throw the rest...
Yes. Preferably unsalted. In Winter I give them Black sunflower seeds. More oil = more heat to keep them warm. Feed them well doring the Winter and you will see larger litters and healthier little ones in spring. Try to stay away from sugar, chocolate and cinnamon. Sgar free vanilla wafers are good treats.
They are alike in their relatively small size and the fact that they are both used in confectionery products. Other than that, they have little in common.
