Some Texas snakes are poisonous. There are rattlesnakes, coral snakes, copperheads and Cotton Mouth Water Moccasins in Texas, all of which are poisonous. Of course, there are many non-poisonous snakes too.

No they cannot. only eight pairs of legs. They are also not the most poisons spider they actually don't even carry venom at all. And they are not spiders. they may seem like spiders but they are not. hope that helps.
A few wasps can sting and paralyze, before eating the Black Widow. She is also a favorite food of the Praying Mantis. Some birds will eat these spiders but could end up with an upset stomach from her poisons.
