FIRSTLY, if you are not very active please do start off slowly

Considering health first, Call a doctor if the following occurs:

Chest pain or pressure, Trouble breathing or excessive shortness of breath, Light-headedness or dizziness, Difficulty with balance, Nausea

NOW you would want to start off with getting your heart rate up, might i suggest a jog, tredmill, or simply running on the spot for a good 5-7 minutes making sure you are not stiff.

Next you want to loosen up your body making you less likely to undergo an injury. For example, rolling shoulder joints both forwards and backwards, (same with ankles and wrists), bring knees close to chest and hold making sure you do not over do it.

Stretching your Quads, hold foot from behind and lightly tug. Most common problem with elderly is Back pain.. to prevent that while standing, cross one foot over the other and use the opposite hand to touch your toes. Also another easy stretch stretching both quads and hamstrains

Chest- cross your arms touching your opposite shoulders and sqeeze contracting your chest inwards, then put arms behind your body and lightly tug on your opposite elbows making your chest contract slightly outwards
