Is there something loose with a fan blower on a 1994 Olds Achieva if sometimes it works and sometimes it does not and at times when it does not if it hits a bump in the road it blows again?

The blower motor is worn out. My 95 Achieva had the exact same problem and I had the motor replaced. It cost $168.00. $70.00 for the motor and the rest was labor. I had the same problem in my 92 Achieva S. I agree, the blower motor is going bad. I bought a rebuilt one for $30.00 and installed it myself. It is easy to do.

Check the fuse and relay to start. If these are ok, then check the blower switch, the resister, then the blower motor itself.

sometimes you have to apologize for something you did wrong, or fix the problem that happened. but if they ignore you, then try again later in the year, sometimes people will loosen up a while after something happened

"Re-" means to do something again or sometimes to change. To redo means to do again, to relocate means to move to a different location, etc.

I dont know anything about cars but my blower stopped working in my car and I took it to the mechanic and he changed a fuse and it started working again. Then a couple of months later the blower stoped blowing again and I took it back to the mechanic and he said the fuse is fine it might be the blower moter, how can I tell, I think it's a loose wire because my radio was removed and everysince my radio was removed my blower has been giving me problems.

This is a division problem; just divide by four. Sometimes it is easier to divide something in half, and then divide it in half again. One quarter of 40 is 10.

The duration of Sometimes They Come Back... Again is 1.63 hours.

You still have a blower resister assembly, wiring, and a blower motor itself, in that system. Any one of those could have a problem. You need to use a test light at the blower motor connector and see if you are getting both power and ground. If you are missing a ground, most likely you have a bad blower resister assembly. If you are mssing power, check fuses and wiring. If you have both power and ground, and the motor isn't working, you need a blower motor. I have also found that sometimes tapping with a screwdriver handle on the motor will make it come on, and if that is the case, then again, you have a bad blower motor.

It means to try again. If you were riding a horse and fell off, you would get up and get "back into the saddle" to try to ride the horse again. So if someone has failed at something or has had a problem doing something, sometimes even something they have been able to do well in the past, someone may encourage them to try again by saying "Get back into the saddle".

Yes, if the blower isn't working. If it turns out to be the fuse, and it blows again, you probably have a bad blower motor.

Try asking this question again calling it a blower resistor.

Something you can use over and over again! Like wind, you can use it again and again! Also something neww! :)

Sometimes his ideas failed again and again

Doing something over again. Doing something over again. That was a repetition.

Probably two separate conditions. Check the condensate drain line. You may need to find a diagram to see where it comes out, but generally it's on th passenger side, near the bottom of the firewall. Use something to clear out the debris and get it draining again. The squeeling of the blower motor is just an indicaiton that the bearings are "dry". Unfortunately, the only way to service the bearings is to replace the motor.

Sometimes you have to press the middle button on it and press download or something coz mine does that all the time when it dies and has to hatch again.

I had the same problem with my 98. My mechanic found a loose wire at the blower motor connection.

Discovered the same problem in my Prix yesterday, something is affecting the lights sensor cause you can still turn them on manually, I'm going to check the DRL sensor wiring for shorts or something, will post again if I figure it out.

Your blower is on fast because a relay that acts as a reostat that lowers the voltage to the blower depending what setting you put it in has blown out. Replace this relay and all will be well again. The relay in question is usually called a 'Blower Motor Resistor', is usually easy to replace yourself if you can operate a screwdriver, and usually costs between $15 and $50.

A re-enactment is when you peform something again, perform something from the past for example - the battle of Hastings, or to go through something again.

re- means again, or to do again. re-to do something again

yes. re means again. act means to do something. so react is to do something again.
