I think that oil and water are equally dense because when they are put together they blend. If vinegar was denser than water it would sink to the bottom of the water ,but it doesn't just like water doesn't sink to the bottom of vinegar when poured in a same container without mixing.
Yes, ever so slightly. Acetic acid itself has a density of 1.05 g/ml compared to water at the same temperature with a density of 1.00 g/ml. Vinegar is dilute acetic acid, so the density will be closer to 1.00 but still slightly higher.
The densities are very similar; for the common vinegar the density is 1,01 g/cm3.
do yo moma
Salt water is denser than fresh water
shampoo is denser than water or mix cornstarch and water and that is denser than water too.
yeah cold water is denser than room temperature (warm) water.
Oil floats on water because water is denser than oil.
The water of the oceans is denser because of the high level of salt it contains.
Vinegar is denser than water because vinegar is made of different substances that are denser than water, so that means vinegar is a little denser than water.
it is a transparent liquid more denser then water having vinegar smell.
Cold causes the vinegar to become denser, as the water contracts. A liter is a volume measurement & denser liquids fit more into a liter. More in it equals more weight.
Oil is more dense than vinegar. Most vinegar has the consistency of water. Pure virgin olive oil is some of the lightest and least dense of oils.
yes
Egg is denser than vinegar. The egg will sink when placed inside a jar with vinegar. So to make the vinegar denser, one must add salt or other solute.
Corn syrup because corn syrup is denser than water.
salt water is denser
corn syrup...... I think
To make an egg float in vinegar, you simply have to make the vinegar denser than the egg. Its like when you mix oil and water together, if you leave it for a while, you notice that they separate, one on top of another. The substance at the bottom is more dense than the substance at the top. To recreate this with vinegar and an egg, add salt to make the vinegar denser, and then put the egg in. If the egg still sinks, add more salt. Repeat until you get your desired result.
yes chalk is denser then water.
Salt water is denser than fresh water.
