If you were anorexic, you probably lost a lot of muscle mass. It will take you a while to build back muscle and muscle is where you burn calories. Try building muscle mass. Eat plenty of calories and specifically 60 to 80 protein grams or more and exercise to build back muscle mass. You really need to get healthy again and you'll only do that by building muscle.
Around 400 cals or less
Depends how fast and hard you run. Also it depends on your metabolism.
any time you exercise your metabolism goes up thus you burn calories, which makes you lose fat. If we did not have cars to get around people would still be running around the world getting their own food and noone would be obese.
no
There have been rumors going around that states that she is in fact anorexic......THIS IS A FAKE! Alexis has starred in the new movie Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2, although, she IS NOT anorexic!
Yes the longer and harder you play the more calories you'll burn. You burn about 15 calories an hour just sitting, so if your running around a court swatting a ball you probably burn somewhere around 600 calories an hour plus it builds up your metabolism which means you'll burn more calories sitting or sleeping. So YES you will lose weight playing tennis.
if you weigh 145 pounds your daily calorie intake should regularly be around 2175 calories, so if you are active and have a high metabolism you should consume at least 3000 a day.
Yep, that would certainly qualify. Seek counselling.
It doesn't sound like you are eating too many calories. If you are maintaining your weight, 1800-2000 is perfect. If you are losing, you can up your calorie intake. If you are gaining, reduce the number of calories.
You never should not eat! You only loose water weight and would quickly gain it back and more when you eat again your metabolism would slow down and you would be in a big predicament - I suggest eating well balanced meal and exercise,.
I have been anorexic a couple times and the last time, i ate around 0-300 calories a day and lost around 3 pounds per day.But that started acouple days after i started not eating. And some days i would lose more and some days i would lose less. But i did lose alot!
