Contraceptives are always safe when taken in correct doses on a time-plan. If you are taking the pills because you are trying to prevent pregnancy on the night of your wedding take 1 or 2 (depending on your subscription and/or product directions) everyday at the same time even after your wedding. If you would like to continue Birth Control make sure to keep on the same pattern of time EVERYDAY.
