it's easy, "accidentally" walk into him, drop your things and say oh I'm really sorry, could i get you a coffee to apologise? say about (choose the time) here's my number. If that doesn't work or you are too shy then get to know him as a friend and give him your number, if he accepts then he's interested, if he doesn't then his loss x
