Best cardio exercise is running. Running outside will improve overall health and aid with weight-loss. If you want burn more fat, then interval training is the best. Walk for a few minutes then run for a few minutes, and alternate. Try to run for thirty minutes.
Shane's mother's average speed is 6.7 mph.
Most novice runners max out at 20 miles because to run any further would leave them too tired to continue training for and running in the marathon. Having run 3 marathons and trained many others to do their first, I strongly recommend that the longest training run take no longer than 3 hours and 25 minutes and take place three weeks before the race. This should leave you in condition to continue your training and adequately recover before the race. In related links is a link to an article that provides advice on training for your first marathon.
There is no time limit for completing a marathon. Sometimes people who are physically challenged in some way will take until after sunset to complete the race, just to prove to themselves that they can. The fastest time ever recorded for a marathon was just over 123 minutes at the 2011 Boston Marathon.
Well as a trainer i would recommend doing 1 hour of fairly hard exercise then/or you can do 45 minutes of intense training to really make the fat fall.
