Don't bomb President Ho Chi Minh's street; don't cross into Red China; and no nukes! If there's evidence that Soviet (or Red Chinese) technicians are setting up radar and Surface to Air Missiles sites (SAM sites), can't bomb them either. If there are Soviet or other communist block merchant ships in Haiphong Harbor...especially at the loading docks, that's off limits too! Widening the war (involving other nations) was not the goal of the US.
