You didn't say what year but if it is a 98 the problem may be one of the coils is bad or the ingition control module may be bad. You could switch the two coils and see if 2 and 3 now have spark and 1 and 4 don't. If so replace the bad coil. If no change replace the ignition control module.
That rather depends on where the front cylinders are, and what they are on.
eight cylinders but uses 16 spark plugs
The number of a cylinder indicates the firing order of the spark in a sequence consistent with the number of cylinders.
If on 2 cylinders, replace the coil, if on no cylinders, ignition control module, also could be crank sensor.
Like any car it depends on how many cylinders the car has. If it is a 4 cylinder then it has 4 spark plugs. If it's a 6 cylinder it has 6 spark plugs. An 8 cylinder truck has 8 spark plugs
Count how many spark plug wires there are.....
It depend on the Cylinders...For example, If a car has;4 cylinders it has 4 spark plugs6 cylinders it has 6 spark plugs8 cylinders it has 8 spark plugsSometimes there are 2 plugs per cylinder. Such as the Ford 2.3L 4 cyl has 8 plugs and the new gen Hemi's from Dodge have 16 plugs on a V8 engine.
Depends on the number of cylinders: 4 cyl - 4 5 cyl - 5 6 cyl - 6 One plug for each cylinder fire.
3 cylinders have wires, 3 cylinders have boots attached to the coils.
One spark plug per cylinder. You didn't mention how many cylinders.
spark plugs = the number of cylinders your car has. Tercel should be a 4 cylinder so 4 spark plugs.
Count your spark Plugs . It depends they have a 4 and 6 cylinder
