located on each brake caliper/wheel cylinder for drum brakes. have an assistant pump brake pedal several times then hold down. open bleeder valve. repeat on each wheel until only fluid comes out. top off master cylinder as required. I suggest using line wrench on bleeder screws.

This part must be defective on this year intrepid because I've this part replaced twice this year and this last time it actually blew entirely apart leaving only the bleeder screw with a small piece of plastic. My advice is to have dodge repair it because it will most likely break again
