If you look in over the top of the left front tire where the A frame and shock is bolted you will see an electric wire going in behind the rotor. That wire goes to the sensor.
There is 1 behind each front wheel.
The 1995 Chevy Silverado coolant sensor is located on the front of the engine. The coolant sensor will be a few inches above the thermostat housing.
I have an 05 silverado 1500 and the temp sensor is on the driver side head in front of the exhast manifold.

It is located on the front edge of the drivers side head, right above the exhaust manifold.

The 1500 Chevy Silverado has two knock sensors. There is one on each side of the block halfway between front and back.
