This depends on what the problem is: If you are after what controls the turn signals themselves, then it's the lever in the dash called the "turn signal, headlamp wiper combination switch," or you are after the part that clicks that is located under (is part of) the hazard light button above your radio, you must remove the plastic molding that runs your dash to get it out.
I found out through a Chevy dealer mechanic that this year/make/model Chevy doesnot have a flasher in it. If the turn signal doesnot work it will be the turn signal switch in the steering wheel.
