I suspect that you suffer from low blood sugar, also known as hypoglycemia. If you do not want to get a diagnosis from a doctor, you could try changing your diet. Cut out sugar (sugar causes extreme fluctuations in blood sugar level) and increase protein. (Also look up hypoglycemia on Google and learn more about it.) If changing your diet doesn't help, you probably should consult a doctor.
