The unit is tripping on its internal safety switches, low refrigerant pressure safety switch or high refrigerant pressure safety switch. To get the unit to operate, open the main disconnect switch and close it again.

Unit is low on refrigerant.
The GPM is too low in the cooling mode (no water flow).
The airflow is too low in the heating mode (high head pressure).
