Let's see there are cleaning staff and desk personel in your local motel, the cheap ones. In the more fancy high dollar hotels you also have a maintenance crew, cooks, wait staff, bartenders, bar musicians, door persons and an IT department. In some of the really fancy ones you also have a security department. There are a lot more jobs once you get into the casino/hotels.
