Where is this countershaft at? In a transmission they are set into the sides of the case, on an engine the only place where one might be would be the oil pump perhaps.

i have a 1993 Mazda b2200 and the fuses are left of the steering colomn. the cover pulls down and the radio fuse is on the top to the far left.
