Hi,
I had that happen to me once and it just turned out to be a blown fuse. The fuses are under the hood right at the back near the driver's seat. There should be a list on the top of the box indicating which fuse controls what. I think it's on the same as the horn. It might not be that simple

Try exercising the red hazard switch about twenty times. The circuit runs through there first, and if there is crud in the switch it will affect the blinkers. It is also possible to carefully take apart the hazard switch, clean it up, and reinstall it. Another cause can be the fuse itself. In the fuse box, on US cars, take out and examine fuse #11. When I attempted to clean mine up with sandpaper, the fuse literally fell apart due to old age. Lastly, in the fuse box towards the back you will find the combination relay, which controls the windshield wipers, hazard lights, turn signals and a few other things. 201 821 00 47 comes to mind as the part number. Remove the relay and reseat it in the socket. These are fairly robust relays, and usually don't go bad, but they do on occasion. And yet one more thing to try is to remove and reseat the steering column combination switch multipin connector on the bottom of the fuse box (accessible under the dash).

If the turn signals in the dash don't work, what about the outside front and rear turn signals? Working? Not working? If it's not working, replace the turn signal relay under the dash.
if only the turn signals are not working, you should replace the flasher can
my turn signals do not work in my 1992 Pontiac Firebird
1. Check to make sure the hazard switch is clean and functioning properly. Try excersizing it a few times. 2. If the blinker stays on, (ie doesn't click on and off) suspect the combination relay which controls the hazard lights and turn signals, and possibly the wipers as well. My turn signals are not working on my 92 buick regal.
If the turn signals are not working properly on a 2002 Chevy Venture and the fuses seem to be alright, check for burned out bulbs in the turn signals. Also, check to make sure the turn signal flasher is working properly.
no they are not
replace turn signal flasher
The turn signals are located on the left side of the steering wheel on the 1985 Mercedes 500SEL. You can turn the signal up or down to point the direction of the signal to turn left or right.
