I am a Fresno native and I don't think we have 500 it could be about 300. The Bulldogs started in Fresno and have now spread. Our problem is that we have 8 prisons in the central valley.

West Coast Gangs:
In the West Coast, California has the most gangs. Next would be Oregon.
East Coast Gangs:
In the East Coast, New York, & New Jersey has the most gangs.
Down South Gangs:
In the south Georgia, Florida, and Tennessee has the most gangs.

A better question would be: Is there a state that doesn't have gangs? Probably not, I would imagine every state has them. They are literally in all 50 states including Alaska. There are Indian gangs, Black, White and Latino Gangs. Asian Gangs have been around for a long time.
