Yes it is a violation.
YouTube is attempting to crack down on this but due to there being hundreds of videos being uploaded a day its very hard to do so.
Some videos are getting taken down if a company finds it a violation to copyrights, like if someone did a Family Guy video, the Fox Network could report and have it taken down.
Yes. It is an infringement of the website owner's copyright. Whether or not you give credit is immaterial and whether or not you charge for it is equally irrelevant. You would be using copyrighted material without permission and that is essentially the definition of infringement. It is not illegal if you are passing it off as your own or if you are charging a fee for its viewing. If you are simply quoting then providing you cite where you got the info from it is fine.Copying a photograph may be illegal however.yes

I have no intention of charging anyone, seeing as there are way more qualified individuals than myself (psychics, mediums, more experienced individuals), but I don't want to break any local laws, get fined/arrested etc.
It is going to be up to the person who charged you with infringement - assuming you actually DID infringement - which they have to substantiate. Have you been given some options by this person? The problem if going to be bigger if you have benefited financially from copyrighted material. Being a student doesn't give you ammunity -as the saying "ignorance of the law is no excuse" would suggest. If it was worth charging you - it is pretty important to someone and you could be drawn into a real mess. My advice is to call an attorney right away because if they are coming after you - you're going to want to take pre-emptive action.
there are the back court violation, shooting foul, blocking foul, charging foul, over the back foul, flagrant 1 and 2 fouls, out of bounds, 5 seconds back to the basket while dribbling, 3 seconds in the key offense, 3 seconds in the key without being an arms length from an offensive player when you're on defense, traveling, double dribble, clear path foul, goal tending, reaching foul, in college 35 second violation and in NBA 24 second violation, and technical foul.
Fountain drinks can be available through manufacturers and bottling companies. These fountain drink machines are useful when charging individuals for each individual drink.
