Check every fuse. Check every relay. I think you may have damaged a relay, but I would unplug them all 1 at a time and plug them back in. It might not do any good, but it can't hurt. I would also take the ground cable off and let everything set for a few minutes then replace it.
Hope this helps Thanks for the good advice! Problem fixed! I found one blown 5 amp fuse in the under dash fuse box. Replaced it with spare provided under the lid and everything works great again !
