My 1998 dodge caravan has very low headlight intensity and focus. How to fix it?

WE EXPERIENCED THE SAME THING WITH A CARAVAN. I BRIEFLY LOOKED INTO IT, AND IF I HAD TO GUESS I WOULD SAY THAT IT APPEARED THAT THE LENS COVER WAS SCORCHED AND MELTED ON THE INSIDE. THIS COULD HAVE COME FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNER BURNING THE BRIGHTS TOO OFTEN OR USING A HIGH INTENSITY BULB NOT MEANT FOR THE VEHICLE(THEY ARE VERY POPULAR). OR, IT COULD BE THAT DODGE USED INADEQUATE MATERIAL IN THOSE LENS COVERS. NEVERTHELESS, THOSE LENS ASSEMBLIES WOULD HAVE TO BE REPLACED. WE DIDNT KEEP THE VEHICLE FOR OTHER REASONS, BUT THAT PROBLEM WAS PRETTY FRUSTRATING AND INTRIGUING...GOOD LUCK!...BB
