My 95 Chevy blazer stalls out and then won't start The fuel pressure is a constant 58 psi what could be causing this?

Fuel pressure is supose to be 9 to 13 LBS, no more and no less.
Need to replace fuel pressure regulator. Did you just put a fuel pump in it ?
If you did then they may have sold you the wrong pump for that year.

Replace the fuel filter and if it still acts up have the fuel pressure tested. It should have 41 to 47 psi.

This is a dirty throttle body. Very common on our trucks.
