Yes but also dangerous for you...Its poison...I have the same and got fungus on my hands, feet and it speads easy you have to buy topicl cream for fungus if you have it it looks like a cut but gets infected check out on the internet on mold and fungus... Its very dangerous for you . I called the Health Department of the City of Ottawa they checked it out and it was mold ...black spots of all sizes on your walls, under sinks where ever there is water dripping or overflowing all the time
So Please call the City Health Dept. and that you want an inspector to come and check your house or apt...tell them what you got on them wall...They will obligate the landlords to remove it and whatever has to be dont...
