My best friend is a girl and im a guy we don't see each other often but when she sees me she wont hug me but she hugs every other friend she has what do i do?

She might be shy around you because she might like you, or she may not be use to hugging you so it doesnt come naturally for example i have a friend who i rarely ever hug because we never really use to hug but were really close friends but i hug all the other girls i know.

Because your best friend has known her other friend for a long time it is fine for the two of them to do things together on occasion, but when it is too often and your best friend simply ignores you when her other long time friend is around you should talk to your best friend and let her know how this hurts you. If she makes fun of you or she doesn't change her ways then walk away from the friendship and make other friends. This will certainly get the message across to your best friend and if she misses you enough and realizes you are not going to be ignored constantly and treated with disrespect she may well come back to you as a best friend and change her ways. There is no reason she cannot share her long time friend with you every so often.
