Yes ASAP i did not go and get a retainer when mine broke and ended getting braces twice
twice trust me that retainer is way more comfortable than braces

its very common. many people have bad teeth and they need to get their teeth fixed. so who are they going to go to? an orthodontist of course. there is at least 3 orthodontist around me and that's a lot if you think about it. so yes they are very common.

Well, when you have a retainer it helps the teeth from going back to being crooked. And if you haven't wore your retainer in awhile or just got one then, it will ache for a short time as your teeth are getting use to it. But if you wear it everyday or every night then it will stop aching.
