Without a lot more information it's hard to say. Your description fits with injestion of something your child is allergic to. In allergic reactions we worry about breathing problems, and we watch for the speed of onset of symptoms. If this rash took a day to develop, you're probably fine. Check with your doc by all means, but it's likely you can treat this at home. If however the rash develops over 15 muinutes, consider at that time transporting to an ER or calling 911. In these questions, the more data you can provide, the better they can be answered. Feel free to use the discussion area or even the answer section to give as much info as you can.

It could be anything, but often you will have a tiny blister on the outer edge or tip of tongue that I've heard referred to as an acid bump, caused by digestion and bowel habits.
he or she most likely burnt their tongue. rarely it could be an allergic reaction.
A fluid-filled raised area on the skin of a finger (or anywhere else on the body) could be a blister. A blister can be caused by a burn or by repeated rubbing, such as blisters on the feet caused by shoes that do not fit correctly.
If its a little tiny blister on the tip of your tongue it could be a clogged taste gland and in that case you just wait it out. If its from trauma you can do warm salt water rinses and use something like orabase W/benzocaine to help relieve some of the discomfort. If it hasn't gone away in two weeks you should have it checked by your Physician or Dentist.
If it goes away it could be from a bite like a blood blister. It could also be an amalgam tattoo this is permanent.
Don't. The liquid in the blister is healing your blister. Leave it alone. It will go away, but if you pop it could get infected.
A fever blister won't affect embryo implantation.
It could be a number of things and the child should be taken to a doctor as soon as possible. Some of the things it could be are some type of irritation, infection or allergy.
A single red blister on your left arm that does not hurt could be nothing. It just be where you rubbed against something.
My daughter has this and her pediatrian called it a "geographic" tongue. As long as your doctor has ruled out thrush, it is nothing to worry about.
