My dog has quit going up and down steps and he has quit jumping He has been jumping for 7 years He will be 8 years in September Why is he doing it what should I do?

Your dog may have Arthritis. A dog that old can have worn down the cartilidge on his knees or hips. Talk to your doctor about medicines for old dogs. For example, one of our dogs has a bad knee, so we give her Rymidill. Talk to you vet soon, because your dog is very likely in pain.
