your itunes most likely says you could not enter your itunes OR we are having some technical difficulties if that does happen then just come back to it in a couple of hours... if it still doest work then just restart it.. hey that's what i did

Because itunes is a terrible program. Get winamp (a much better program to play and catalog music) and stop giving apple 60% of the money for the music that an artist makes. There are many other resources on the web that are much more fair to the musicians that you want to support.

The 9808 error is usually caused by a problem connecting to the iTunes store server. It can be something like the date and time on your computer being wrong and so confusing itunes or it can be a problem with your security software. It is often advised to Uncheck the box labeled "Check for server revocation certificate" in the security section under the advanced tab of your Internet Options settings.
