My new house window that slides open vertically is getting stuck. I removed the window but I don't know how to fix the issue.?

If the window frame and casing is made of wood and the temperature is hot with humidity it will swell and therefore the window will stick. Your best choice is wait for the humidity to decrease and your window will slide up and down fine. Otherwise you will have to shave a little offthe sides of the casing or frame.
