I think the orange stuff is a mix of puss and blood maybe ask your family doctor I'm sure it's more common then you think.
Edit: It's unrelated to pimples, it is a liquid (I forgot the name of it) that dries on the surface of openings in your skin to start the healing process. Depending on the opening it can also be found on things like cuts and scrapes.
