My spec Intel Pentium 4 3 ghz and ddr2 2 gb and Asus p5rd2 vm and windows vissta ultimate and my temperature was 80 to 90c and all the fan are working so can anyone tell me what's wrong here?

You probably have a malfunctioning temperature sensor. A Pentium 4 will shut itself off after it reaches about 75 degrees Celsius.
