If turn signals are not blinking on the dashboard but they are still working, the cause might be a burned out bulb in one of the blinkers on the outside of the car. There might also be a fuse burned out or bulbs burned out in the dash. Even the flasher can be the problem in this situation.
I replace my flasher fuse. Now they light up but won't blink.
The emergency flashers and the signal lights are separate systems. Each has it's own fuse, switch and flasher relay. If your turn signals light up but don't blink I would blame the signal flasher relay.
Try the blinker relay. My brother has a Honda that did the same thing and that's all it was. Should be just a plug in relay switch.
check your ground wire in the back
The Blinker relay is shot, You can get a replacement one for like $3 at your local autozone.
My sons 93 royal 88 Oldsmobile right directional would not blink. We changed the bulb and it started to flash.. hope that helps
There are two flashers, one for the hazards and one for the signals.
It has two flasher relays. One for the Emergency Flashers and one for the Turn signals. Replace the Turn Signal Flasher Relay located front seating area, driver side, under dash, mounted in fuse panel as it is defective.
turn signal relay fuse
Replace the flasher relay.
you need a new bulb in right front.
check the fuse first!
