You need to make sure that you are giving it UVB light. Shell conditioners do nothing but shine the shell. UVB lights help make his shell strong and healthy. If it is an aquatic turtle us a UVB 5.0. Use a UVB 10.0 if it is a Tortoise or land turtle. You can get these lights at almost any pet store.
