I'm not sure exactly what this question is trying to ask, but I will take from it what I think it says. Perhaps you are asking about the idea that there are two worlds: the natural and the supernatural. First, you have to think about what supernatural means. Supernatural means not apparent in nature.

Supernatural falls under such terms as 1.miracles 2.ghosts 3. religious icons such as angels, demons, etc.

Natural- all things known. Basically, what you can see, hear, taste, touch, etc. What can be tested. What occurs naturally, without mystical intervention.

My opinion on the supernatural, is that it is something humans have invented long ago, to explain things that, at the time of little to no scientific knowledge, were considered awe inspiring or unknown. In the past, humans didn't know what the sun was, and so considered it supernatural, a deity of sorts. When bad things happened, such as illness or disease, humans had no idea what was causing it, and so attributed these things to forces they couldn't see(supernatural) that were malevolent. This is where things such as demons came from. Witches came about with religion, and were blamed for the most natural things, such as hurricanes, illness, bad crops, etc.

As for such things as psychics or ghosts: These things have formed b/c of an unknown. What happens when we die? All the evidence points to death being the end of existence for us. As beings that wish to survive, the thought of death is terrifying. An afterlife was our way of calming those fears. Many people say they have seen ghosts. Of course, many people have also admitted that their minds place tricks on them, seeing human like things where there are none. Our brains are built to see faces where there aren't any. This leads to silly reports of miracles such as Jesus's face in a grilled cheese sandwich, or Mary's figure on a wooden stained door. Most miracles can be attributed to natural causes. Those that can't are because they were never observed, or are unobservable.(meaning no one but say one person saw it)

A good book about rational explanations for the supposed supernatural is Carl Sagan's "Demon Haunted World."
