Take the drum off and take a picture. Use one wheel as a guide to repair the other.
The flasher is located behind the dash panel just under and to the left of the steering wheel. Very cheap and easy to replace. Go pick one up for about $10 at any autozone. My 94 corsica just got a new one
I don't have a photo, but if you open the hood and look at the right side near where the brake pedal is on the inside of the car there is a long-ish tank that's partially underneath the windshield wiper assembly that has a plastic spout that comes towards the front of the car with a yellow cap. That's where it goes.

Right off I would recomend a trip to the library, they usually have a reference only books on auto repair, take change with you so you can photo copy diagrams, or, go to the parts store and buy the manual , last one I bought was $20 and change and has saved me lots of time.
This is much more difficult than replacing disc pads. You will need 2 special tools, a Multi-Purpose Brake Tool, and a Brake Shoe Adjustment tool, for this job. Do not skimp, buy the tools, as it will make the job much easier. Also purchase a can of spray brake cleaner. Rather than try to list how this is done here, I will post a link. Tip, take photos of the assembly with a digital camera before taking anything apart. That way you can look at the photo if you get confused.
NO because they dont exist... they stopped making them in 1996 and brought them back in 2000.....

Bring the car title and photo ID to the dealership and they can make you a new key. Cost is probably around $40-$50.
