I don't know why you would need to remove the engine fan, but here is some information on how to do so. The nut that mounts the fan and clutch to the hub is a 36MM though a 1 7/17" Wrench will be close. Instead of purchasing a fan removal wrench you might rent one from a local auto parts store. 2007 Cummins spins counter clockwise so your nut will be right hand thread. Lefty loosey, righty tighty. You will need a large pair of channel locks to grab the hub bolt heads, or a large tool like a screw driver to pry them still so the fan assembly does not rotate while you work to loosen the fan nut, which will likely be very tight.
