Mobile phone numbers in England are not specific to a region, they are countrywide. That is England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. You used to be able to tell which provider (such as Vodafone, O2, etc) the number was tied to by the 4 digits starting with the 7 ie 7024, but I don't think this is the case anymore.
The UK involves several countries: Northern Ireland, England, Scotland and Whales. Australia and Canada are closely tied with the UK so the types of food eaten are varied. Many people associate fish and (potato) chips with England.
